Product Sales

Inside Sales Representative

 
Responsible for developing new leads from existing database and growing existing business clients. The Sales Representative will sell a wide range of backoffice solutions and services. Will be required to generate leads, implement consultative selling solution strategies, generate proposals and manage client relationships. Will handle outbound calls to small and medium sized businesses to prequalify and sell our products and services. Must maintain an understanding of the company’s products and services, our industry and their client’s needs. We are looking for motivated, driven individuals with excellent communication skills. Candidates must be able to work in a team environment as well as be a self-starter. Candidates must be tenacious in the execution of the sales plan and must have the ability to exceed sales goals and performance measurements.

Requirements

Technical Support

Customer Service Representative

 
The Customer Support Representative is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all product-specific technical (hardware/software) problems.

  • Will receive and respond to customer inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Will be required to install and configure Success Systems solutions at customer’s sites.
  • Will create clear and complete work orders for ongoing installation requests from customer accounts.
  • Will Assist with QA testing of new software development.
  • May visit customer sites to troubleshoot system problems.
  • Will provide initial training to new customers or follow-up training to existing customers.
  • Must ensure every customer contact is handled professionally and with excellent customer care.

Marketing & Sales

Digital Marketing Associate

 
We are seeking an associate to take on major elements of our corporate marketing activities in support of our sales organization in Norwalk, CT.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage corporate CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click
  • Execute program to improve website SEO
  • Assist in preparation of marketing content
  • Maintain and update corporate website
  • Organize all logistics for trade shows and other events
  • Help develop new marketing channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Track all marketing activities and results over time

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or ability to quickly learn and master in detail
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools and techniques
  • Excellent writing skills, rules of composition and grammar
  • Self-starter, organized and detail-oriented
  • Willing to do important tactical administrative tasks (scheduling, reservations, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; some programming a plus
  • BA/BS in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, PR, etc.
  • Able to work daily from our Norwalk, CT office.
